We build BushLinx® in South Australia and supply it to distributors around the country — with the same direct backing our own customers get.
The current list of authorised distributors, with contact details for each region, is kept on the BushLinx® site.
Most of what we make ends up in the ground through someone else — an irrigation business, a precision ag consultant, a service outfit that already looks after the district. They know their country and their customers. We know the hardware and the platform. That split works.
We're the manufacturer, not a middleman: the data loggers are designed and assembled here in Penola, the BushLinx® software is developed and hosted by us, and firmware and platform changes come from the same small team you'll be dealing with. There's nobody offshore in the chain to wait on.
Loggers, sensors, weather stations, soil probes, tank and flow monitoring, and the BushLinx® platform — priced for resale, quoted per job.
You talk to the people who built it. Site design, sensor selection, connectivity planning and fault-finding — including on jobs that are out of the ordinary.
Accounts, dashboards, alerts and sharing configured for your customers, plus training so your team can do it without ringing us.
Non-standard sensor combinations, other brands of logger, branded portals and public networks — we build the awkward ones rather than turning them away.
Historical data is carried across upgrades, and older sites keep working. A customer you sign today doesn't get stranded by the next hardware change.
When a rebate round opens we do the supplier-side paperwork. See funding for what's around at the moment.
Our distributors are mostly irrigation and precision ag businesses already installing gear for farmers, plus agronomy and consulting practices whose clients keep asking where the numbers come from. The common thread is that they're on the ground in their region and can get to a site.
There's no showroom to build and no minimum order. What matters is that you can specify a job properly, install it well, and answer the phone afterwards.
Talk to Tim about distribution where you are. We'd rather have one distributor who knows a district than five who don't.
